Dr. Suchit Dadia

Dr Suchit started his journey in medicine in 2007 , when he pursued his MBBS from the prestigious BJ Medical College Ahmedabad (2007-13). He has done his MS POST GRADUATE OPHTHALMOLOGY from the famous SION HOSPITAL MUMBAI (2014-17) and received the Gold Medal. He went on to pursue 1 year Senior Residency at BMC Eye Hospital Mumbai where he independently handled Outpatient services and performed 100s of Cataract , Pterygium , Corneal transplant ,Glaucoma , Dacryocystorhinostomy and other surgeries . During his PG and senior residency , owing to his keen interest and eagerness to learn , he performed 100s of retina prcedures like Fluorescein angiography , Pan Retinal Photocoagulation , Intravitreal Injections , Focal Laser , etc. He is an A+ fellow of the INTERNATIONAL COUNCIL OF OPHTHALMOLOGY and also a DNB ( Diplomate of the National Board ) in Ophthalmology in India. He further pursued his passion by joining a Fellowship (akin to a PhD) in Advanced Cataract and Refractive Surgery at BHARTI EYE HOSPITAL New Delhi where he learned and independently performed advanced complicated Cataract surgeries ,LASIK eye surgery , SMILE , PRK , ICL , Toric IOL , Trifocal IOL ,ETC. Such a hard earned profile shone bright among recruiters and he was selected to run an entire hospital in HANOI ,the capital city of VIETNAM (ALINA EYE HOSPITAL) for a brief period where he trained the junior doctors , the optometrists and OT staff in various aspects of ophthalmology and performed eye surgeries. He then returned to India and worked as an Asst Professor ,Cornea & Cataract Services , at the prestigious M & J Western Regional Institute of Ophthalmology and learned latest corneal procedures like MMG , SLET , DALK , etc. He joined as Consultant Ophthalmology with INSIGHT EYE CARE HOSPITALS Ahmedabad since January 2021 and is currently available at Thaltej branch in the mornings and Vadaj branch in the evenings.
